It's been fun...
... but everything good must come to an end.
This has not been an easy decision, but things change and the time has come to move on. My life has changed over the past few years and those changes do not include owning a Jeep. Unfortunately they also don't include the time or money to keep this site running.
I am looking into options such as free hosting so the content can stay active on the web, but at this time I have no solution.
I do appreciate the input everyone has given to the site, and the positive feedback we've received over the past 6 years. In the meantime the site will stay up for a few more weeks.
Thanks again for everything, and maybe some day BustedJeep will see you all again on the trails!

Mega 4.0 Conversion
How many miles are on your 4.2L 258? 100,000? 200,000? More? Sure these motors run forever and even when they piss oil and smoke all over the place, they can take a bullet and get you where you want to go. But at some point, all the little oil slicks, smoke, ticking, tapping and timing chain slappings get to you right? This writeup by James shows you how to tear the old motor down, what to get done at the machine shop, how to put it back together and if you're up for the challenge, why not boost your stock horsepower with the imfamous 4.0L head conversion? It's literally 7 writeups in one; exclusively brought to you by BustedJeep.com!
