79 cj5 brake backing plate

Any ideas on other vehicles that use the same set up as the AMC20? Lost the left rear wheel and everything including the axle towing it home the day i bought it. The brake backing plate got pretty tore up and none of the pick and pulls around here have cj's that i can get parts from and I'm trying to keep my budget down.
