    Misc fuel filter ect

    ok so im on to fuel system checking now.. question is do i need to install the filter with the return line ? an in the pic is that the return line fuel line down by the incoming fuel line ? why would the guy that owned it be fore me put in a single line fuel filter if it needs the three port...
