1956 CJ5 seat frame question

Hey guys,

I acquired a 1956 CJ5 barn find. Unfortunately, it was missing the seat frames. I have learned that the OEM frames in this model and year were significantly different than previous eras (e.g. integrated springs) and are very hard to find.

I am wondering if I could use the M38A1 style frames in my rig? If so, would they be a bolt-in?
