360 I.D. head casting #s

Well, since it seems you have to have a removable eyeball to see the engine casting #'s on the back of the block, I pulled a valve cover off and got the casting # from the lifter valley- 3233344-1 between 5 & 7. It also seems to have A 79 cast in between 1 & 3. The V.I.N.s 6th digit is an H so it originally came with a AMC 304 and the more I read and talk to people the 360 was not a factory option in 77'. So What I have gathered so far is that I have a 79 360 with 58 cc chamber heads that made 160 H.P. stock at 8.25 to 1 compression ratio.

If anyone has access to any more info or can correct me on what I have so far it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting brighter by the minute- went to put the rocker cover on and found the tag- 311N30- time to do some more digging. Sheesh.

Bushman: Here is what you have for heads anyway. Who knows if they have been on your motor from the start. What you have is 79-84 heads that come on a 360 with 58cc chambers and 2.025 intakes and 1.680 exhaust valves. They have the dogleg exhaust ports and have bridged rockers.
