65 tub to 79 chassis

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody has any experience or knowledge mating the two together. I have read around a little and I see that it is not an easy feat like switching the 65 to a 76 and vise versa. It is not really an option to go back to the original frame and I dont have the pockets to purchase a new frame. Any help would be too great to begin ti explain.

The wheelbase is 2.5" different between the two so it won't be a straight swap by any means. Your steering collum and clutch/brake system will be a challenge too. I think you would also be somewhat Limited to powerplants that would fit into the smaller engine compartment.
