69 CJ-5 Windshield Wiper Motor Installation

I am new to Jeeps and recently picked up a 69 CJ5 . The windshield wiper motor does't turn on and looking underneath the dash shows a few wires not connected :/ Is there any instructions, wiring schematics or whatnot as to how to get things connected and hopefully working again?

I looked in a Haynes manual for that year and I don't see much in it relating to the wiper motor.
