No, the Ford 8.8 axle has a 5x4.5 wheel bolt pattern. For that reason they are popular as a Wrangler swap.

8.8's out of F150's and full size Broncos have a 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern, but the axle is about seven inches wider. Sounds like adapters are in your future.

The 8.8 is a stronger axle than a Dana 44 plus you get disc brakes, sounds good if your wanting to go with a wide front end to match. They are about 59 1/2" wms to wms thats about 8" wider than the NT axles you have now.
