Hey Guys,

I bought a polyurethane body mount kit awhile back and it didn't include replacements for those one piece washers/tubes that go inside the mount. Is there any good place to find them cheap or at all? I think jeepdoc may have them, but they are over 40 bucks. What have any of you guys done? Can I just use same diameter tubing from Lowes or Home Depot or something like that? Thanks

thats interesting, mine came with all those things. Is this just body mounts or a body lift?? If just a lift why not use the originals??

Well my 2cents worth would be to find some tubing from hardware store and cut to fit and be dome with it.

It's just body mounts, no lift. I got a Hyperflex master set from Quadratec. The stock ones are in no shape to re use due to rust.

I'll look at some hardware stores some more. If I do go with basic metal tubes, do you think it's a big deal if the tubing isn't connected to the washer like the stock ones?

What you're looking for is tubing with a wall .120" or 11ga ERW. DOM tube is a better choice here and with such a small amount needed. Nothing magic here.

Your want a square cut on both ends. A chop saw or better works good. I used a lathe. Spot on and easy to chamfer them.

It might also be worth a phone call to find out if you were supposed to receive those parts. Quadratec might have sent you the wrong thing.
