body then and now with pics

Well this is my first jeep and this is one of the first big projects I taken on. For what Im going to use this for the home made paint job will work fine, and actually turned out very good. 2 quarts of Hunter Green Rustoleum Rust stop and 1 quart of Rusty metal Primer. Mixed together and sprayed with a Harbor Freight HVLP gun. Here is what I started with:

Looks real good. I plan on painting mine myself as well. What kind've air compressor did you use to get it painted?

I used a 30 gallon Craftsman set at 60 psi. The HF gun says to use it between 50 and 70 so i picked the middle. If you really wanted to tweak the settings that gun would spray great. Mine has a tiny bit of orange peel, but it kinda adds to the look. I like it. Its super easy to do yourself and results for a DIY paint job are outstanding.

Next thing on my list is to spray the white hardtop with U-Pol Raptor Liner.

I got it! I needs a few stars scattered around the body! Its the perfect start to a Zombie Attack Vehicle!
