so over the winter my pedal went soft, found the front master section empty and it keeps going low after topping, pedal goes to the floor, dont see any leaks, also get a raise in rpm when applying. So I was gonna go ahead and replace the master/booster assembly, but wanted to ask if there is any direct upgrade i should look into before buying the stock replacement. Read poss 95 yj master/booster? but as a assembly still only see single diaphram? I do have disc /drum set up. Any info help would be a great help

Them oem Jeep CJ7 design is not designed for a tire as big as a 33", I am sure many of us know that. There are a number of outfits around that do make upgraded units like this guy: Brakes
I have also heard good reports from his products Also.

Good call. A couple of years ago I was having a similar issue. The fluid was being sucked into the booster and making its was into the manifold and was getting blown out the exhaust. Replaced the mc and booster. I did not do an upgrade at the time but thought about the dual diaphragm kits. The budget was too low for that then. Good luck.

my problem as well, just getting back to work after 3 months, so im kind of hoping i can just get something through my parts dept. here at the dealer from a local parts store.. see a dual diaphram booster for the 95 yj but not one mated with a cylinder. i do see the factory replacement it.like $130 bucks or so.

Another possibility would be finding a brake or hot rod shop in your local area that can build you one.
