I'd look into hydraulic flat tappet cams just for the ease of servicability (i.e. not having to check/re-set valve lash every few thousand miles or so). For something that will have some good grunt still using stock components, I'd look in the .480-.490 lift range, with a duration @ .050 lift of about 235 degrees. Advertised durations will be different across the board depending on make, but it should be in the 275-280 range. Typical intake centerline/lobe separation would be 106 degrees, or somewhere there about. Depending on who you would like to choose for said cam, there will be many selections within that range.
If it were me, I would get the entire top end kit, though. That way, all the guess work for the components to work with the cam are already there for you -- lifters, valve springs, retainers, locks, probably have new valve seals, pushrods, timing set, etc.
