I have a weber 32/36 dgav that I just rebuilt. I put it back on and got the idle set and the jeep will idle all day long. However when I accelerate I can hear what sounds like a lot of air around the carb and it seems to bog down a little. It doesn't die but has no power. I have checked all the vacuum lines and they look good as far as I can tell. Where should I go next?

It sounds like you might have the vacuum advance on the wrong port. For a stock advance there should be no vacuum on the hose with the throttle closed.
