I need a vacuum piston assembly for a Carter BBD (what metering rods hang off of ) . What I REALLY need is a MC 2100 but if anyone knows where can get the BBD parts I would be grateful.

- '85 CJ-7, 258/4.2L 6cyl. Bought new in 1985. Full cage, Warn 8274 winch, Ford 9" rear, front/rear Detroit Lockers w/4:88 R&P. T-5 tranny and 4:1 t'case. 33X12.50-15 BFG/AT, MSD ign, on board air---
You will also need the spring that goes inside. You will also need to set the piston adjustment
The ck ball will be in a rebuild kit.

I know the check ball is in the Kit. What I need is the Piston assembly, the one in my BBD is damaged.

I wouldn't want you to tear one apart. If you have one that works well it should probably be in a museum. I'll look at Collins Brothers Thanks

Finally fixed my Carter BBD! I REPLACED it with a Gronk Performance MC2100. WOW! what a difference Maybe the best money I've ever spent on a Jeep upgrade
