Do you mean the full cover or just the inspection plate?
I have a couple of the full covers but no inspection plates.
If you need the inspection plate you can try over on International Full Size Jeep Association since a lot of Wagoneers came with the GM Turbo 400 and I'm sure someone has an inspection plate lying around somewhere.

I have two more collecting dust. I'll probably have them in a couple of years unless someone chimes in that they want one. I also have one for a manual Transmission behind an AMC engine.
