Electric fuel pump

I have a 1979 CJ5 with a stock AMC 304 V8, i recently installed a electric fuel pump and now i am having flooding issues. I am going to install a regulator and need to know how much pressure i should set it for.

4 maybe 5 psi should be about perfect for the factory mc2100 if thats what it still has on it. but i wouldn't go any higher.
