gl4 and t176

Just put spring kit in top of T-176 and changed fluid to napa gl4. after driving short distance I noticed a much smoother shift. Great advice from you guys. Thanks

Sorry for not replying to you guys but I have been under the weather. I believe the 176 takes 3.5 pints.
I was having trouble with my tranny getting stuck in 2nd. This usually happened when trying to find reverse. Replacing the spring and retaining clips the problem seems to occurr less often.
