H4 Headlight Upgrade

Getting ready to spend 4 days traveling the Mojave Road, and a lighting upgrade was needed.At first I thought that I would just put a couple long range lights on and be done, but while doing my research came across this guy Daniel Stern Lighting Consultancy and Supply. Decided to order the relay kit and Cibie light housings from him, glad I did. As my trip is in a couple days and work has been hectic I just finished the upgrade last night. One thing that I will change after the trip is the in-line fuse's to self re-setting breakers, TeamRush gave me that graet advice . Any ways, took it out for a test ride last night and low beams are amazing how much more side to side light these lenses/bulbs give off with a crisp cut off as not to blind on coming traffic. High beam are another story, on high these things light up as far as my old eye's can see

Looks to me the Cibie housings are right hand traffic housings. Offroad this doesn't matter, of course.

Did he have DOT compliant left hand traffic ones?

I'm curious because headlights/beam pattern is part of yearly inspection here. Looks like top-notch stuff.

Not sure, dont care about DOT, and no inspections here. Send him an email, Mr Stern was very prompt to answer all of my questions. Very nice person/company to do business with.
