The bolts holding my rear window gate have been pulled through and tore the metal out of the frame. Not sure how this happened. It was like tht when I got it. Has anyone ever had this issue? Where do I start on repairing this? Where could I find a replacement frame?
Thanks in advance..

Pics please
we need pics to see what we are dealing with

ouch, that is worse than I thought
looks like some custom cutting and patching is at hand
when you replace the frame. make sure you use a longer section than you need to so the load is spread out a bit
Now, for a few pics showing the surrounding area and I think we will start to get a lot of suggestions.

It appears that some water got in there and the rust started your problem
I think you need to open that up and see how much damage is done. Some specialty bending will need to be done to replace the metal so keep what you cut off as a template, This will be a project you may want to farm out.

replacement frame in fiberglass is $300 through quadratec and i think 4wd.com

Yeah... Looks like a tuff job. I'll check with a few body shops. Can't afford to replace it at this time. Any ideas where I might find a used one?
