heater hose routing for 360ci

Hi all,
I have a '78 360 in my '79 CJ5 and the PO did not have a heater box after installing a 'glass body. I am installing one and want to know the correct routing of the heater hoses. top of heater core hose goes where? bottom goes?? where do they mount to stay out of the way? You can tell me and I will probably get it, but pics would be great!!!
