So, let me get this straight... there are four (4) shift levers in your CJ? And it's a 1978 CJ5 confused-smiley-17428.png

Yeah, I've got to see some pictures of this, but I'll bet you JR's on the right path, tranny shifter, followed by a twin sticked Transfer Case and an Overdrive unit, maybe...

My new project has 4 shifters.
Number 4 is PTO.;)

The T-18 was a stock option in 78' &79', so a PTO port was available.
The Dana 20 has more than one company making twin stick converstions.
I have seen a ranger O/D on a CJ also a rare sight.

Notice the PTO winch on this little jewel.;)$(KGrHqIOKnUE4Ky8qwPGBOGzMSr0sw~~_3.jpg
Oh by the way, this guy lives near you IO.

Alright ill bite... Whats a PTO? On drag sutos its power take off i think???

But what is this PTO You all speak of?

^^^that one was up on Ebay a few weeks ago. I wonder if he sold it?

I think I would remember seeing this!!
Holy cow!!
I would bet one is a coaster axle rather than being 6 wheel drive.
It looks cool but not sure why you would do this other than having the only one in the world.:wtf:

its probably shifter, Transfer Case twin stick.. they should be really close together at the base, and the last one if it pulls up and down its a PTO.. back and forward is over drive
