So in about a week my new off road lights will be coming in the mail. Nothing special, just 2 6.5in lights for the bumper and 2 5in lights for the winshield frame. I know this install is simple so my question is simple - is there anything I should consider prior to installing these?

Let me know if you have come across anything that I should be sure to do with this install. Im a HUGE fan of learning from others mistakes and successes.

 I'm interested in this one too. Plan on doing windshield bracket mounted lights myself.

Make sure you get an installation kit. You need a relay to turn on the lights. Or you can buy a light switch and relay and wire.
On my previous CJ I mounted lights on the windshield frame and routed the wires inside the windshield frame.

Thanks! Thats a good link, and something I dont think I did the last time I installed lights. Anybody else have any good tips/bad experiences?
