I have to say that is the first tube bumper I like the looks of.:chug:

Nice winch
Nice bumper
Nice pictures
Where did you get that bumper? Unique design.

The bumper started out running straight across the front. The ends were always getting in the way. It would hit the obstacle (rock or creek bank, etc..) before the tire would. I go plowing through the brush now and again so I wanted it to protect my front fenders, unlike the ones you buy that only run halfway across the front. So I cut off the ends and raised them up and out of the way. Then UPS guy dropped off a winch last Friday so out came the saw again and the bumper was modified once more to accommodate the winch. My projects tend to evolve as I use them. As for the pitchers, I guess I was resizing them down to much to save space. So, all I was posting was thumbnails size pitchers. I think I have that figured out now:D

I agree. Yours does look good. Some tube bumper just don't look that great on a jeep, to me, while others can look great on a jeep.

I like it. It's different then any I've seen. Wonder what it would look like if you put an angled hoop between the two top bars. Up at a 30 degree angle, straight across over the winch, then back down at a 30. I'm just thinking it would tie the sides together and not solely rely on that plate for support.

Looks great, evolution isn't always bad. Planning on building bumpers for my CJ7 this summer. Your pictures will be on the wall of the shop during the process.
Good job.:chug:

Don't know what your "design intent" was, e.g. "Old school with a custom twist" but it's very cool - at first glance, it looks '80s retro... then you notice... oooh... look at that. Nice work.

That is a nice front end, so nice I would ask to see your rearend but it make come across a little odd :D

That's good work man, does look cool.

That winch cable looks pretty virgin.

Nice work on the bumper.
