Arm and leg is pretty much the going price.
Check Collins bros for the windshield frame, I like the one I got from them, the same gauge as the OEM. Only slight difference in appearance. I would guess the price was the best there was for something worth owning. there is some real junk out there.

- Right now, only one '76 CJ5. 304 with a three speed stick. Everything else is pretty much stock 'cept for a 4" suspension lift. Came to me with a back breakin' 4" suspension lift attached to a reverse shackle setup (Reversed the reverse shackle :dung: and now she rides like a Caddy!) Also posess a few 60s & 70s Mustangs and a couple of late 70's F150s 4X4s.
You might get lucky doing a broad search on craigslist for some of the items. Have you checked the classified section on this site? Worth a look anyway.
For the windshield, I'd check local glass shops. They'll more than likely stock flat sheets of windshield type glass. Make yourself a pattern out of cardboard for them to use as a template if you don't have your old windshield to go by.
