Need to Find Year of 4.0 Engine

I purchased a 4.0 engine with a ax15 Transmission from someone and need to know what year it is. These are the numbers cast on the engine:

JDFW
323

EF3235444
AY

OL20

4

Can anyone help me out here?

After doing some digging on my own, I found the number EF3235444 means the block is a 81-89 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l block. If anyone could verify thing I would appreciate it. Now I have to make sure it is a 4.0 head as I thought the whole thing was a 4.0.

I will be posting the head serial number within an hour or so, so if anyone could help me check that. . . I would appreciate it.

The year of manufacture should be somewhere on the head. I'll go snap a pic of my head in a second and upload it for you

I forgot the year is under the valve cover here you can see my year and casting number from the 4.0 head I just installed.
