soft top what door fits?

ok i bought a used top last year,even though cj is still in parts .now i bought a pair of half doors on c.l.100 bucs had to have em,i am just getting used to what combinations work but still confused,the top was used with full hard doors,i have those so i was ok with that. now i have the 1/2 doors will want those,the side windows of soft top are rounded,and they were represented as oem top but every thing i see says oem used a squared off window,i'm thinking its a best top , it looks like b.s. frame from diagram in catolog.so if i find b.s. uppers with the rounded corners will it work?
