Soft top

So i basically wanted to see about buying a soft top for the winter this year. The question i have is, It seems like my frame or body is tweaked, would this prevent me from being able to put one on ? Would it line up correctly?

I don't think it will affect the new top too much. There is some built in adjustments you can use, as well.
