I have what is supposed to be a 56 windshield frame that came with a poorly fit one piece glass, I like the looks of the split window and wondered if the rubber gaskets I've seen are all that is needed (other than the glass) or is there a metal support or something that runs up the middle. I guess basically I'm asking if I can put a split 2 piece window in this frame. anyone have one or know the answer? Thank you.
Brad

Yes the two piece windshield had a metal piece that bolted thru the gasket in the middle.

Thank you, I tried looking at pictures but couldn't tell. I guess I'll stick with the one piece glass.
