surfing the wii

We don't surf much but we have started using it to stream movies from Netflix.
 
Pain in the ^&* to surf. I use the laptop while using the Wii on NetFlix. :)
 
LOL, let me rephrase, if you have good hand eye coordination, it's ok.
The lack of flash and PDF and possibly other such goodies is kinda annoying.
But if you need to check email or weather, or google, or jeep-cj then your good to go.
 
i get on craigslist sometimes on it.
 
I just checked it out last night, you tube videos look pretty good in full size, but a lack of an independent media player makes it hard to watch any other videos. it wasn't too bad, though.
 
im doing it right now. my power cord broke to my laptop and i dont have a $100 to buy a new one. typing sucks on the wii.
 
Ok guys, I just tryed this for the first time, it connected to the internet, and I can get the weather forcast. BUT where do I find the browser :confused:
Help me out here.

You have to go to the Wii shopping channel and download the internet app. It is free, and takes about 10 minutes if you have to do the update.
