TF999 issues...Help?

Ok so I just finished swapping a new TF999 in. Problem Im having is that I filled it up with fluids and tried starting it. After 5 minutes it started. I immediately shut it off and checked the fluid and added more. Went to start it a second time and it seems like its locked up. The starter just makes a little squeak and the flywheel doesnt want to turn... I dont know where I went wrong? Any suggestions would be great. I really dont want to have to take it into a shop....Which is why I attempted this in the first place.

i would try to turn the engine by hand first. if it dosent turn, take the Transmission out and try again.
