Tranfercase oil What kind?

Need to change my Transfer Case oil today. What type of oil do I use. I've gotton conflicting oils. Gear or ATF? How many quarts?

I use 85-90wt. gear oil, buy a gallon and a cheap pump for it and your good to go. I use this in both diffs, Transmission . and T case.

Thanks for the help. Got her done. 30 bucks beats 70 that my local grease monkey shop wanted.
