Tranny and t/fer case gaskets&seals

Ok, I want to replace gaskets and seals on my T-5 tranny and Dana 300 t/fer case. I plan on upgrading the tranny but can't for another year or two. Meanwhile the T-5 works great and just leaks. So I'm hoping someone can tell me where I can get gaskets and seals. Also, is it hard to DIY and will I need special tools?

I would think a local auto parts could at least get them or one of the other big 4wd outfits like Four Wheel Parts Wholesalers would carry them. The gasket between the Transmission and Transfer Case is a common location for a leak.

it seals better than paper gasket and you dont have to fight with keeping it in place. whichever you want to do.
