Transmission Rebuild

My Problem:
I have a Borg Warner T-5 tranny that as far as I can tell Broke some teeth off of the gear on the input shaft and the first gear that it comes in contact with. I also noticed that at the rear of the Transmission the last gear in it had some teeth sheared off.
My Question:
Does anybody know how much a complete rebuild kit costs for that Transmission ? and where I can find one? Or how much are the costs (ballpark) to have it rebuilt? And/or does anyone have a quality Borg Warner T-5 5 speed Transmission that they would like to barter or sell to me?
