Ive alway wanted to try turtle soup. Whats the story on that little guy?

Brother caught him and relocated him (he has kids and I'm sure they played a factor) - I would have cooked it in a heart beat! Snapper broth is great, very mild and light... I haven't made it in years, but it is very good...
