took my warn locking hub bearings apart and found this

i was wondering if anybody knows what or were i can get the replacment bearing for these warn hubs

or i could clean and polish this old stuff up and put it back together

any thoughts??

That's the inner spindle bearing. It's OEM and isn't a Warn Part. You should be able to get them at a local auto parts store.

I recently replaced that bearing along with the other wear parts.

I got mine in a kit with seals. RockAuto.com part number SKB BK1

dave i am sorry but no this is not the innner spindle bearing it is the bearing on the warn locking hub itself

1969 CJ5 did not have a spindle bearing it had a brass bushing

thank you for your input though

Oh, I thought this was the spindle. Now I see it's not deep enough.

I'm not sure how easy it is to find a replacement bearing.

Yes, the link I had is for newer style hubs. Give them a call but I doubt they would be able to sell you the correct bearing. But they very well may be able to give you a Timkin part number or some other cross reference.
Good Luck
:D

thanks for your help i did try to look for a bearing number on the old one but it was unrecognizable, thinking i could cross reference that with another company they are a few places here in austin texas i think i will takje the old bearing down there and they should be able to get me a suitable replacement i hope
n thank you for the reply's

something I have found, for the most part is that bearings are bearings. call a supplier in the Austin area. let them see what you have and they may be able to give you a replacement of much higher quality.

this would be a good place to start.
