What Brake booster is this? <Pics>

I have a 1980 jeep CJ5 with a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l in it. As with most jeeps there are parts from other years added by previous owner. I cannot find what the booster is from and as such cannot find what master cylinder I need for it.

I am finding the bolt holes are slightly too close together and my master cylinder does not have a large protrusion on the bottom where it mounts to the booster. I have looked up many master cylinders and they do not fit into the depression in the booster.

Please help me!

I found a booster with the ID 0f 10816 (or is it 40816) on e-bay. Maybe this is it?

The push rod that is in the booster that presses into the master cylinder, can you buy that separately anywhere? I think I have a solution but I would need to get a longer push rod for it. I need one that is about 3 3/8's to 3 1/2 inch. Where can I get this? Any good websites?

Bout the only place I see them is in a scrap yard. Many people just cut and weld them as needed.
