What shifter boot do I need

I am guessing you have a T-150 Transmission .
How about this boot:

But do you have a body lift? If so the OEM boot won't work. The shift lever moves too much. You may need a longer boot.

You could also use a CV Joint Boot and cut to fit. Make a ring of fiberglass around the base.

Seen a couple guys do that.

But usually a stock replacement one should fit, when i clocked my Dana 300 i reused the original ones, i just moved them around a little...
