Hey guys. What size wheel would you put on a tire 33/12.50r15? Light off roading, mostly street use. Let's hear what you guys tink.

I have 33 x 10.5 x 15 on Jeep wheels. 15 x 7. Also 31s 10.5B257B75E-5162-44A7-9B2D-8083508A1403.jpeg4A4DC34C-7C9F-4A51-801C-78DE374E841C.jpeg

For yours. You probably need at least 8 wide wheels.

Factory CJ7 wagon wheels are 15x8. I run both 31x10.5 and 33x12.5 on wagon wheels 5cc34775049df6466a3e645247176f32.jpgc0e4dc3edae247b85332c4a0bf8b980f.jpg

No. Both sets of mine are 7 inch and factory. Only 1 year of those factory WWs came in 8 inch is what I have heard. I think only 81 came 8 inch. I will let someone else more knowledgeable chime in about that. Your bottom wheel in those 2 pictures doesn’t even look factory. The slice of pie cut outs look to pointy. Factory points are more rounded like your top picture.

Correct the ones with my 33s are off a Ford pickup. It's close enough without being exact. Just can't run the center caps without drilling

I have 8's right now . But I run about 20 lbs. to get a solid foot print and proper wear pattern.
Yeah I always run with 20 - 22 at most. I do that for softer ride.

Subjectively speaking, 9” width is ideal for that specific tire size. Sure you can use 8 or 10 inch all day long, but 9 will make the tire/wheel combo look like they were made for each other. I am a bit OCD when it comes to tire fitment in CJ’s when it comes to looks and function . The problem with that width is it’s very Limited in aftermarket production but popular in oem 4x4 vehicles. And if you find it, it will likely have an undesirable offset. Good luck with your choice.
