Wiring of ballast resistor

Good morning all,
I just got done putting the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l back in my 82 CJ5 after replacing a tranny seal. The wiring from who I got it from was kind of rigged but the motor and all electrical was working fine. In my haste I did not label the ballast resistor wires when removing the engine. One of the wires to the ballast is still connected to the coil if I remember correctly. But the other side just has a single wire with a blade connection terminal not connected to anything. Can someone please tell me where this might go or is supposed to be hooked to.
