Wiring/Radio Question?

First off I will start by saying I'm not an electrition. I just wired up a stereo in my 84. How I wired it, I have to have the key all the way on. I dont like this cause it powers everything. Does anybody know which color code wire is for the ACC in the ignition switch? I tried poking around and couldnt find anything.

There are a couple of un fused terminals on the fuse block that you should be able to use for an acc circuit for the radio. be sure to use an in line fuse. I think one of them will be marked "radio" if you can still read the label. I would check for power to ground with and with out the switch on acc. A test light will work if you are with out a volt ohm meter.
you just need to use a 1/4 inch stake on female connector on the end of your radio power wire.
