Misc. Rubberized undercoating. Opinions?

Whats everyone's opinion on rubberized undercoating? The fender I got is in good shape and it had this in the wheel well. I actually have some and my brother in law swears by it. Considering I have some already Id do the front fenders underneath if its a good option.

I was going to use it for the inside of the front fenders and the wheel wells in the tub. Hopefully that shouldn't be too bad. Good tip though. I know Ill never use it on Vader then. That all blck Cj is hot enough in the Summer.
