With each contribution or Bronze, Silver or Gold User Upgrade your account is amended as shown in the thread User Upgrades and Supporters Bonus Percs. System.

Any and all contributions are put directly into a fund that helps keep the site running the latest software and server hardware.

There are several payment options, PayPal credit / debit (no account needed), Stripe standard credit / debit and Venmo (on request.)
