I have been all over the internet trying to locate these. I don't need the screws, just one of the plastic pieces that the headlight adjusting screw goes in to. Anyone know of a place? I would appreciate any help that can be given. Thanks :chug:

Is it broke or just stripped out? Mine was stripped out and I put a small bead of gorilla glue in it and let it dry and works like a champ now. I looked all over for one as well and couldn't find them so that lead me to some homemade engineering.

Its stripped out. I thought about JB welding it as well. I still may if I cant find a replacement. :chug:

Slip a 1 or 2 toothpicks inside the plastic piece, and run the screw back in.

I have had several come to me that were stripped out. My easy and more permanent solution was to fix the plastic with plastic. I use a thin, fine jewelry screwdriver and heat it up. Once hot enough, carefully insert it in the hole and gently press it against the wall (were the stripped threads are) and hold it still in that one spot. The melting plastic will squeeze out on either side of the hot shaft and make new, higher ridges. Do this in 4 equally spaced locations in the hole. Using the screw only without installed in the outer dish, firmly make the new threads. Remove and assemble as normal.

I inserted one of the plastic drywall anchors that expands when you insert a screw. Worked great.
