1978 CJ5 rear body mount trouble

Any ideas on how to remove the two rear body mounts, I have sprayed them and all the bolt does is spin around. I would like to replace all the body mounts due to cracking. Do I have to cut an access panel out to get to the nut plate on the rear mounts? Thanks for any input

Looking at it,that would be my first guess. It doesn't look like a small hole big enough for a needle nose vise grip would cause any structual problems either. Wait for anyone else to come on who has had that issue.
