should be fun going disc brake. I would advise going 1 piece axle first then disc brake. The 2 piece axle is not known for it amazing strength and reliability.
The big thing you need to source will be the GM calipers with the integrated cable parking brake. the caliper adapters are made and sold by many people.
next is the rotor, I am going with the factory Jeep rotor on mine which is not suited to go over the axle, so mine are behind the axle with the wheel studs going thru the rotor and axle flange. I cannot remember which rotor people sell for the kit tho

Don't forget the master cylinder and proportioning valve.

A lot of research and parts buying more than anything a lot of the swap is bolt on, the aftermarket kits are designed to be straight bolt on calipers and parking brake,I'm using the rotors and calipers off my Dana 30 since I don't need parking brake and the caliper adapters will be welded on the axle
