It's got the nerf bar bumpers and KC Daylighter lights that were popular in the 80's
Oh shucks. It looks like someone already snatched it up for only $220,000 before I had a chance to buy it. That's $80,000 less than the expected price. What a steal!

How does Barrett Jackson pull in the prices they do? Maybe it's because they rebuilt the 3 speed Transmission that comes in this CJ. That would take me all day.

That jeep was for charity and dine by gas monkey garage so that gave it 2 big boosts.
When someone buys one of the charity cars they typically do it through their business and write it off as a charity donation. Then walk away with a toy for themselves.
I moved to phoenix this year and went and saw multiple vehicles there last weekend. It was a cool experience but I don't have pockets anywhere near deep enough to buy anything there.
He'll, I'm still trolling Craigslist and fb marketplace looking for a project jeep for under 2k.

That's the Jeep that was used to raise money for the Gary Sinise Foundation...which is why it brought in so much money.

In fact, I think the original winner donated it back to auction and it was sold again. Crazy what people do with their money when they have it.

Dang! If only I didn't have to buy a new battery for the 7, I could have pulled out the wallet!
