1982 Jeep CJ7

Could anyone tell me what the name of the unit is and where I could buy the cover that is in the dash that covers up the entry point to the passenger side wind shield wiper arm. All the heat for the defrost is blowing out the opening and I need to get the cover to get my defrost back in working order. Thanks.
