1984 CJ 7 Suspension

I have a 1984 CJ7 and I don't think it has ever had new shocks, etc. Very stiff ride. what should I replace to give it a smoother ride and be able to do very little off road driving? Thanks

YJ springs seem to be the way to go for a softer ride. They are 1" longer up front but there is an adapter for that and the rear springs are a bolt on.

You want the very 'softest' valved shocks you can find.
