I have seen that one but mine has 2 adjustment screws not one. This is what I found, when the say speed screw are they talking about the idliling screw not shown in the picture??? And when it says turn 1/4 turn do they mean each screw????

38 DGAS Tunning
Prior to tuning the idle speed screw should be backed off the throttle stop lever then turned in no more then 1/2 turn.
Turn both idle mixture screws the same amount of turns.
