Haven't been on the site for a while, finally got some major hurtles cleared in July.
1. My good Buddy volunteered to rip out the old wiring , and, replaced with a REBEL wire kit. EXCELLENT product, would highly recommend it.
2. I wanted to keep some of the original dash, so, I opted to replace the center section with diamond plate, leave the rest. The green is the color I will be painting the entire Jeep
3. I have heard pros and cons about the factory temp gauge, fuel gauge etc. I opted not to use then and added Autometer Oil Pressure, Voltmeter, Temp Gauge, Gas gauge. I could never see the gauges on the "flat" dash so I added Aluminum Bezels. Replaced the factory sending unit and filter too!
4. I replaced the factory indicator lights (Headlight, Wiper, Fan) with Crown factory replacements-decent quality and now they light
5. I replaced the Wiper motor and switch, and, the heater switch
6. Eliiminated the factory heater, vent and defroster controls and replaced the four with one heater and one defroster push-pull control
7. New Turn signal control (Buddy did that, too complicated for me)

Finally-a new offroad exhaust I will post in the other Forum
